Is this thing on?

I don't know if any of you bother to check on me anymore, what with my pathetic blogging habits, but I'm still here. In fact, not a lot has changed since my last post — I've traded hoops and rasslin' for baseball, and I'm down to watching 'The O.C.' once a week, but that's about it — so you haven't missed much.

I've found myself strangely wanting to write about 'entertainment' stuff — i.e. television, music, movies, etc. — so the blog will be heading in that direction. Besides, I'm done expending energy on bitching and moaning, so I have to come up with something else to write about.

Today's TV fodder:

The more cultured among us will be watching the Cubbies tonight, but keeping an eye on 'The Bachelor' mightn't be a bad idea. The ABC promo mentioned something about 'letting the catfights begin,' and it's hard to beat a good catfight.

Music:

Out last week — new music from: Beck and Garbage. Haven't heard the Beck, yet, but the Garbage album rocks. The band revisits its more rockin' days on 'Let it Bleed,' and Shirley Manson is back to rockin' the red hair. Best new album since the Killers dropped.

Movies:

I ain't seen no stinkin' movies lately. Sorry.

Comedy:

If you haven't seen this yet, you must. Hi-fuckin-larious.
